Offered on a flexible month-to-month lease term. At the heart of the home is a professional-grade chef’s kitchen featuring a six-burner range with integrated griddle, a Miele steam oven, dishwasher, and a full suite of high-end appliances. A secondary kitchen and prep space adds additional refrigeration, storage, and workspace, making entertaining and longer stays effortless. The Confluence is fully furnished and professionally decorated with high-end pieces from Madison Creek Furnishings and Room & Board. Interior comforts include air conditioning for Missoula’s warm late-summer days, a double-sided gas fireplace between the living and dining rooms, and a private media room with a 75-inch display and Sonos surround sound system. High-speed satellite internet and robust in-home networking support remote work and multiple devices with ease. Outdoor living is equally exceptional, with an elevated setting overlooking the confluence and access to the Hidden Heights HOA private riverfront trail for walking, running, and cross-country skiing. Multiple outdoor spaces include an upper deck dining area seating 8–10 guests, a lower deck lounge area, and a viewing deck overlooking the official-size pickleball court—ideal for gatherings or spectators. Additional amenities include a large hot tub with river and valley views, a stand-alone smoker, separate gas BBQ and wood-fired grill, and a fire pit (restricted use, subject to local regulations, seasonal fire restrictions, and HOA rules). This beautiful two-story log cabin sits on 20 private acres along the banks of the Bitterroot River, just 21 miles south of Missoula. Perched on a small knoll, the cabin features a manicured lawn that leads to the river’s edge, only 100 feet away. Inside, the cabin offers a spacious living room with knotty pine cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a stunning stone fireplace framed by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river. The main-floor master bedroom includes a queen log bed, abundant natural light, and a full bath with a clawfoot tub/shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms—one with a queen log bed and the other with two twin log beds—both with scenic views. Outside, enjoy a covered porch with a gas BBQ grill, a screened porch, and over 1,000 feet of private river frontage with excellent wadeable trout fishing. Secluded yet convenient, this riverfront retreat borders the Lee Metcalf Wildlife Refuge across the water and remains a guest favorite year after year.

Missoula Overlook

Nestled on four private acres overlooking Missoula, this spacious four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home offers beautiful mountain views and a large deck that is perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night. You can enjoy the peace and privacy of a natural setting while being just ten minutes from downtown Missoula and the airport. With a full kitchen, open living areas, and plenty of space to relax both indoors and out, this home blends country living with city convenience. This inviting retreat combines rustic charm with modern comfort and is ideal for families or groups looking to unwind and reconnect. Sweeping mountain views, generous living spaces, and an expansive deck create the perfect setting for making lasting memories. Inside, the home features a warm, open-concept living area with vaulted wood-beamed ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. The chef-ready kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island that is great for shared meals. All four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, including a primary suite with an ensuite bath. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home for those working remotely or staying connected. The location offers easy access to nearby hiking trails, rafting on the Clark Fork River, local breweries, and the shops and restaurants of downtown Missoula. This home is well suited for families or groups seeking space and privacy, remote workers or creatives who want a peaceful setting with inspiring views, and outdoor enthusiasts eager to explore the area’s rivers and trails before returning to a quiet retreat. Guests will have access to the full front and back yard, as well as the deck. Please note that the barn and shop on the property are not part of the rental. There is also a basement apartment on site that is occasionally occupied. Self check-in is available, and the access code will be provided on the day of arrival before check-in time. We are available if you need anything, but we respect your privacy and aim to give you space during your stay. This is our personal home, not a managed rental, and we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect as your own.
